 1 – When will I receive my order?

Australian metropolitan area usually delivers within 2-3 business days. If you’re outside a metropolitan area, Northern Territory or Western Australia, delivery could take up to 7 days.

2 – Will I need to be home when my parcel is delivered?

If your home or business is unattended, the Couriers will leave a card to notify you that they have attempted to deliver your parcel. We suggest having your orders delivered to an address where someone will be present or giving ‘Authority to leave’ (you can choose this option at checkout) if you think you’ll be out. This will ensure that you receive your parcel on time and with no hiccups!

3 – How can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details, so you can track its progress.

4 – Order delivery address entered incorrect, what do I do?

If you have made a delivery address error on your Shipping address, please contact us immediately at website@raymondpoulton.com.au or telephone (08) 83570783 during South Australian shopping hours, to notify us of the changes required.

5 – Who do I contact if an item is shown as out of stock?

It may be possible for an item to be out of stock, such as the case of an item being in high demand. It may be possible the item will be restocked, contact through email or telephone to obtain an update at website@raymondpoulton.com.au or telephone (08) 83570783 during South Australian shopping hours.

6 – Is it possible to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order you must contact Raymond Poulton shoes as soon as possible at website@raymondpoulton.com.au or telephone (08) 83570783 during South Australian shopping hours, before it is despatched.

7- Can I purchase an item not shown in the online store?

Most items that are available in our stores are available in the online store. If there is an item that you believe may be in one of our stores and is not in the online store then please contact website@raymondpoulton.com.au or telephone (08) 83570783 during South Australian shopping hours, to find out how to purchase an item.

8 – What forms of payment can I use?

At Raymond Poulton shoes, we accept payment in the forms of VISA, Mastercard through PayPal.

9 – What is our return policy?

Raymond Poulton shoes is happy to refund or exchange any unworn or undamaged merchandise purchased online within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Please return the items to us in their original shoe box and condition in which they were sent to you.

We may decline your refund if the goods are returned to us and appear to be worn, marked or damaged and not in line with the way in which they were sent.

10 – How do I exchange an item?

You’ll find a ‘Returns Form’ in your package when receiving your order. If you wish to return to us for an exchange, please fill out the Returns Form noting the item you wish to exchange your original product for. It would be advised to contact Raymond Poulton shoes first to ensure the one you wish in exchange is available on telephone (08) 83570783 during South Australia shopping hours.

11 – How do I return an item for a refund?

You’ll find a ‘Returns Form’ in your package when receiving your order. Please complete the form ticking the ‘Refund’ box and send back to us at Ground Floor, 108 Rundle St., Kent Town South Australia 5067. Raymond Poulton shoes cannot take responsibility for any lost, missing or damaged items that are being returned. Raymond Poulton shoes will advise you when the returned items have been returned. Please ensure you advise details how you wish to be contacted (ie by email or telephone).

12 – How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be returned by the same method that was used on your order. Raymond Poulton shoes will act as soon as possible to process you’re refund. The refund time will depend on your financial institution.
